House Construction

Our Process

We employ a systematic approach to construction by adopting an off-site construction method, known as prefabrication or modular construction. In this innovative process, we fabricate key structural components, such as walls, floors, and roof trusses, in a controlled factory environment away from the actual construction site. This method allows us to get a head start on your project, which means your schedule greatly benefits!

Project planning

Our team carefully examines the plans of your project to prepare the off-site construction and coordinate for future transport

02

Off-site construction begins

This method of fabrication allows for meticulous precision, increased efficiency, and improved quality control as the construction team can work in a controlled and sheltered setting.

03

Transportation of project packs

Once the components are ready, they are carefully loaded and transported to the final construction site.

04

On-site assembly

Upon arrival, the pre-fabricated elements are skillfully assembled, like a carefully orchestrated puzzle, ensuring a seamless and efficient construction process. This minimizes on-site disruptions and even speeds up the building process.

05

Completion and wrap-up

Once the modular components are assembled, our crew continues the build of the project. This is typically areas that must be done on site, such as roof sheathing.

06

Final walkthrough

Once the project is completed, we meticulously walk through and double check to make sure nothing has been missed and all building codes were followed to ensure a successful inspection.
